About Owensboro Health
Providing World-Class Care Close to Home
At Owensboro Health, we are working every day to heal the sick and to improve the health of our community. It’s not just our mission. It’s why we exist.
Mission and Vision
At Owensboro Health, we work and live by standard to provide quality compassionate care – to every patient, during every procedure, every step of the way. And it all starts with our mission and vision statements.
What we’re all about
Owensboro Health serves the medical needs of nine counties in western Kentucky and two counties in southern Indiana. Last year, we delivered 1,820 babies, performed 273 open-heart procedures, 436 hip and knee replacements and 1.276 million lab tests. Licensed to operate 477 beds (including 30 transitional care beds), Owensboro Health is proud to show you our organization – by the numbers.
By the numbers
The Owensboro Health Executive Team works every day to provide a compassionate environment and quality care to patients, visitors and employees. Because of their efforts, quality compassionate care is known to be expected.
