Touched By Cancer Scholarship Fund
The Touched By Cancer scholarship fund was established to provide educational assistance for students who have received a cancer diagnosis at some point in their lives.
About the Scholarship
The scholarship was established in the memory of Dr. Leslie M. Riherd, Jr., an orthopedic surgeon whose positive outlook served as an inspiration from his cancer diagnosis in 2000 until his death in 2005. Today, the Foundation For Health honors two students each year with a $1,000 scholarship.
