Taught by Exercise physiologists from Health Park experienced with pregnant moms. This class is designed for pregnant moms from 12-24 weeks but can be taken anytime! This is designed to be a Moms-only class. Wear comfortable clothes and shoes and be prepared to do some light exercises.
