FORE! The Owensboro Health Foundation 14th Annual Golf Classic tees off June 11, 2015
How would a day away from the office or even the kids sound, if it was for a good cause?
The Owensboro Health Foundation is excited to announce the 14th Annual Golf Classic, returning Thursday, June 11, 2015 at The Pearl Club.
Two shotgun starts will be offered. The first starts at 7:30 a.m. and the second being at 1:00 p.m.
The format is a four person scramble, both teams and individuals are welcome. Individuals will be paired with teams in need of players.
The entry fee is $175 per person or $700 per foursome. The fee for the event includes all golf costs, breakfast, lunch, all course snacks and refreshments, a golf shirt, goody bag, prizes and FUN!
There will be two separate awards ceremonies, with prize rankings determined for each flight, and an overall grand champion among both flights. The prices will be awarded to various finishing teams and hole contest winners for the day.

Proceeds from the outing will benefit the mission of the Owensboro Health Foundation. If you are unfamiliar with what the foundation does in our region, their mission is simple: To heal the sick and to improve the health of the communities we serve.
The funds raised by the Owensboro Health Foundation are used for many
health-related community programs, such as:
Owensboro Health Hospitality Suites, on-site temporary living
accommodations for families of patients.
Mammograms for Life provides free or low-cost mammograms to women in the
Owensboro Health service area.
Mitchell Memorial Cancer Center Medication Fund provides financial assistance to cancer patients who cannot afford the medicines needed for controlling or relieving symptoms.
