Dr. Mullins has the distinction of being the only surgeon in western Kentucky who has completed a Head and Neck Oncology Fellowship. He is a second-generation surgeon. He is the Medical Director of Hospice and serves as the liaison physician to the Commission on Cancer of the American College of Surgeons.
Dr. Mullins sees patients at the Owensboro and Tell City offices. He is on staff at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital, HealthSouth Owensboro Surgery Center, and Perry County Memorial Hospital.
