My practice philosophy revolves around the Golden Rule; I treat people with respect and honesty. I have patients help with decision-making, and I really try to individualize my practice by treating patients and not diseases. I make a conscious effort to have an excellent bedside manner, as the situation surrounding surgery can be scary and overwhelming for people. I also make it a point to be available for when patients need me.
I grew up on a family farm that produces grapes for Welch's and beans for Birds Eye Foods. I am from the small town of Silver Creek, NY. My wife, Trasey, is a Kentucky native, we have a two daughters, Gianna May and Rosemary June, and a son, Joseph Donald (JD). We also have an Italian Mastiff, Pearl, as our faithful and loving family pet.
