Pat is a Registered Yoga Teacher with 200-hour certification through Yoga Alliance and has been teaching Yoga since 2003. She has a Fitness Instructor certification through ACE as well as Spri Yogaball and Yogafit Yoga Therapy certifications. In 2010, she received training in Tai Chi for Arthritis from the Arthritis Foundation.
