Today we have an exciting trip to Bowling Green, KY where we'll visit the Corvette Plant. Watch the fascinating assembly process of America’s favorite sports car the Chevrolet, Corvette from start to finish! Then visit the one and only National Corvette Museum where you’ll experience first-hand the passion and excitement of the Corvette. After a private tour of the plant you will have lunch at the Corvette Cafe and then we'll travel to Riverview at Hobson Grove; a site on the Civil War Discovery Trail and listed on the National Register and the Italianate home of Atwood & "Juliet" Julia van Meter Hobson, so named because of its proximity to Barren River. After a self-guided tour of the home we'll have dinner at the locally owned Tea Bayou before going to see I Love Lucy at SKyPac, Southern Kentucky's Performing Arts Center. I LOVE LUCY® LIVE ON STAGE is the brand-new hit stage show adapted from the most beloved program in television history! It’s 1952 and you are a member of the Desilu Playhouse studio audience awaiting the filming of two hilarious and oh-so-familiar I LOVE LUCY® episodes. A charming host entertains and enlightens you to the behind-the-scenes filming process of this brand new thing called “television,” the Crystaltone Singers perform advertising jingles in perfect 50’s style harmony and the sidesplitting antics of America’s favorite foursome – Lucy, Ricky, Fred and Ethel – are presented live on stage and in color for the very first time! It’s a one-of-a-kind theatrical experience TV Guide’s William Keck calls “the most entertaining stage production I’ve seen in years – including Broadway!” The truth is in the title – whether young or old, everybody really does LOVE LUCY!

Travel to Vincennes, Indiana and arrive at the Red Skelton Museum of American Comedy. Honoring the legacy of a man who touched numerous lives through his comedic talent, great works, compassion and commitment to public service, the Red Skelton Museum of American Comedy presents ideals to the visiting public in celebration of the exceptional man whose greatest ambition was to bring laughter to countless audiences. Next we’ll visit the Old Town Players for an evening of comedy through The Fox on the Fairway, a charmingly madcap adventure about love, life and man’s eternal love affair with….golf! This tribute from Ken Ludwig (Lend Me A Tenor, Moon Over Buffalo) takes audiences on a hilarious romp which pulls the rug out from underneath the stuffy denizens of a private country club. Complete with mistaken identities, slamming doors, and over-the-top romantic shenanigans it’s a furiously paced comedy that recalls the Marx Brothers’ classic.
