Diabetes Health Resource Center

Health Resource Center
The HealthPark Health Resource Center is staffed with health professionals and nurses who serve as a resource to our over 5,000 members, and to the community as well. The HRC offers an extensive wellness library, which provides a variety of printed and recorded educational materials including diabetes information from certified diabetes educators as well as nutritional counseling, weight management and behavioral counseling services information.
