Family Medicine Residency Program Services
Services provided by our Family Medicine Residents include:
- Annual wellness exam, adult and pediatric
- Behavioral/mental health
- Care navigation to facilitate improved healthcare access
- Chronic disease management, such as diabetes, hypertension, COPD, high cholesterol
- Immunization, adult and pediatric, and travel medicine
- In-home visits
- Inpatient and outpatient care
- Minor surgery
- Pediatrics: wellness exams and newborn care
- Physicals: pre-employment, sports, immigration
- Senior-adult patient care
- Women’s health, including contraception and prenatal care
