Orthopedic Hand Surgeon

An opportunity is available for an Orthopedic Hand Surgeon due to practice growth and community need. The position includes general orthopedics in addition to hand procedures.

Opportunity Details

  • General orthopedics in addition to hand procedures
  • Candidates can be board certified or board eligible, but must be fellowship-trained in hand surgery
  • Outreach one day per week in surrounding counties
  • Staff call is 1:7 and office call is 1:5 weekends
  • Experience preferred, but open to new graduates, depending on training

Our Healthplex locations

Owensboro Health Medical Group hosted groundbreakings on June 28, 2016, to kickoff the construction of our outpatient facilities in Henderson, Madisonville and Muhlenberg County. The facilities house Owensboro Health specialty services for each community.

The Owensboro Health leadership team and Board of Directors are focused on proactively identifying and responding to healthcare needs throughout western Kentucky and southern Indiana. The new outpatient facilities further support Owensboro Health’s mission to heal the sick and to improve the health of the communities we serve by providing a wide range of outpatient services as well as providing patients convenient access to the care they need when they need it.
