Physician Profile

Amy Turley, RN, BSN, CDE is a registered nurse and certified diabetes educator with Owensboro Health. She is a graduate of the University of Southern Indiana where she received her Bachelor of Science in Nursing and where she is pursuing her Master’s Degree in Nursing with a concentration in Family Nurse Practitioner. She currently works as an outpatient diabetes educator for people with both type 1 and type 2 diabetes. She also is a diabetes educator in the Owensboro Health Medical Group Maternal Fetal Medicine Clinic. Amy also serves as the coordinator of the Diabetes Prevention Program and is a certified Lifestyle Coach for the Diabetes Prevention Program, trained by the American Association of Diabetes Educators.
