She holds a Bachelor’s of Science Degree in Dietetics from the University of Kentucky and her Master’s Degree in Human Nutrition from the University of Alabama. She is a certified Lifestyle Coach for the Diabetes Prevention Program and is a certified LIFESTEPS® instructor for the Lifesteps weight management program. Shelby is passionate about helping her clients with healthful lifestyle changes through her individual counseling sessions and group education classes.
