Join us for an introduction to nutrition for you and your growing baby and safe, fun exercise you can do throughout your whole pregnancy.
These classes provide a general overview of birth process. It is also for those couples who want to get what they need in a shorter period of time.
You’ll find this series especially useful when you’re about seven months pregnant. These classes make an excellent follow-up to our Welcome to Pregnancy Open House and Pregnancy Nutrition & Exercise class.
Prepared Childbirth Classes are held one evening a week for 3 weeks. These classes are offered on Tuesday from 6:00-8:30 pm.
The Refresher Class is designed for expectant Mothers and partners who have previously attended classes and want just a one class review of the labor & delivery process.
Accompany your children to this class, which includes a video to help them understand their feelings about their soon-to-be sibling.
