Healthpark Participates In MFA Walk 10K Challenge [EVENT]

Owensboro Health and the Healthpark are participating in the Medical Fitness Association Walk 10K Challenge. In order to participate in this friendly competition, all you have to do is get a tracking card from the Healthpark front desk and track your steps during the week of April 23rd - April 29th.

You can use your fitness tracker, simple pedometer or use the step conversion chart that will be on the back of the step tracker. The cards will be at the front desk starting Monday April 11th and can be turned back into the front desk no later than the end of the day Monday, April 30th.

For everyone that turns a card back in with 10,000 steps completed for all 5 days, you will be entered into a drawing for a $25 gift card to Healthpark's Cornerstone Café.

This challenge is for Healthpark members and Owensboro Health Employees.
