Owensboro Health Medical Group Welcomes New VP

A new vice president of the Owensboro Health Medical Group has been named, joining the health system on July 17.

As VP of the medical group, Jason Field will lead the medical group, managing strategy, business development and operations of Owensboro Health’s outpatient facilities and clinics.  Mr. Field will also work collaboratively with other health system and affiliate leaders.

Mr. Field holds a Juris Doctor law degree from the Valparaiso University School of Law in Valparaiso, Ind., as well as a bachelor of science degree in microbiology from Purdue University and a bachelor of science in biochemistry from Indiana University. Mr. Field has nearly a decade of experience in physician practice operations and healthcare leadership, most recently serving as director of physician services for Barton Healthcare in California. Mr. Field also was previously a partner in law practice, Sturm, Smith, Parmenter, Field & Miller, LLP in Vincennes, Indiana.
