New Careers Website

Owensboro Health has debuted a new careers website, making it easier for talented individuals to find career opportunities within the health system.

The site, OwensboroHealth.org/Careers, is more user friendly than the previous website. It allows candidates to navigate the site with fewer clicks and even create job alerts so they can be notified if a job matching their search criteria is added.

Be considered for future opportunities

One of the most interesting features allows job seekers to submit their resume to the Talent Community, even if no job posting met their search criteria. This allows the recruiters to view their information and engage them about future career opportunities.

For the recruitment team, the new site provides better reporting and analytics which allow insights into their recruiting initiatives.

In order to provide excellent care, we must attract top-quality individuals. To do that, Owensboro Health utilizes social networking to showcase our story, highlight our community and share our current career opportunities. You can stay informed about all things OH by following Owensboro Health on Facebook and LinkedIn.
