Almond Joy Overnight Oats

Ingredients

  • 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
  • ½ cup fat free milk
  • ¼ cup non fat greek yogurt
  • ½ tbsp chia seeds
  • ½ tbsp maple syrup
  • ¼ tsp vanilla extract
  • ½ tbsp mini chocolate chips
  • 1 tbsp sliced almonds
  • 1 tbsp shredded coconut

Directions

  1. Place all ingredients into mason jar or glass container and mix until combined.
  2. Cover container and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Toppings can be added the night before or immediately before serving.
  3. Uncover and enjoy from the glass container the next day. Thin with a little milk or water if desired.
