Almond Joy Overnight Oats
Ingredients
- 1/3 cup old fashioned oats
- ½ cup fat free milk
- ¼ cup non fat greek yogurt
- ½ tbsp chia seeds
- ½ tbsp maple syrup
- ¼ tsp vanilla extract
- ½ tbsp mini chocolate chips
- 1 tbsp sliced almonds
- 1 tbsp shredded coconut
Directions
- Place all ingredients into mason jar or glass container and mix until combined.
- Cover container and place in refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight. Toppings can be added the night before or immediately before serving.
- Uncover and enjoy from the glass container the next day. Thin with a little milk or water if desired.
