The Healthpark offers over 100 group exercise classes per week - we have something to fit everyone.

Things To Know

  • All classes are 50-60 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.
  • Each class is led by an NCCA certified group fitness instructor - so you are in good hands.
  • Classes are suitable for all levels and can be modified to less or more intensity depending on the individual.
  • Any equipment that you may need is on-site and ready for use.
  • Your Healthpark membership includes all classes for FREE!

Class Descriptions

Black Light Cycling – All the fun of a regular cycling class but in a black light environment! Lights are out and black lights are on. A new sensory experience for your mind! 

*Body Pump – This workout challenges all your major muscle groups by using the best weight-room exercises like squats, presses, lifts and curls. 

Body Balance – The yoga, tai chi, pilates workout that builds flexibility and strength and leaves you feeling centered and calm. This class was formerly called Body Flow. 

*Bootcamp – Smaller group (max 15) training in the Rogue room on the first floor. Circuit style strength training at a faster pace keeping your heart rate up and your muscles under stress. 

Cardio/Strength Interval – Circuit interval stations for cardio endurance, metabolic conditioning, and strength conditioning. A high energy workout. Perform at your pace. 

Core & Stretch – This class helps to improve posture, strengthen the core and condition the entire body using only your body weight for resistance. 

Cycling – Experience an energizing and invigorating workout; imagine the challenge of an indoor bike ride that incorporates cardio, power, speed, resistance and endurance training! Perfect for all levels. 

Cycle Express – A 30 minute high energy, low impact cycling class workout! 

*Heart Moves – No chairs or sitting here. Low to mid intensity with low impact aerobics for cardiovascular endurance, mild strength training, flexibility, and balance exercises. 

*Power Up! – A low to moderate intensity exercise class that focuses on the three components of stretching, balance, and strength. The class incorporates stretches, balance drills, and strength exercises to keep you POWERED UP for “life” and your day to day activities. 

Rebounding – Rebounding utilizes bouncing movements on a small trampoline that improves your cardiovascular conditioning and strength. Floor exercises are also incorporated into the class. 

S.O.A.R. – Stepping On and Rebounding. This class utilizes the rebounders and the step heavily as the focus of the workout. Floor work, weights, and stretching included too! 

Step and Tone – If you are looking for basic this is it! Basic step combinations and basic strength training. 

Tai Chi Strong – A continuation of the Intro to Tai Chi Series. Repetitive pattern practice of the Tai Chi forms you learned in the intro class but including strength conditioning to help your movement and flow. Connect your mind and your muscle! *It is strongly recommended that you have completed the Intro to Tai Chi series before participating in this class. 

*T.E.A.M. – Thoroughly Exercising All Muscles. Never the same thing twice! This class offers a variety of training methods to thoroughly Exercise all muscles (TEAM)!! 

*Wake Up Call – This 45 minute class will start your day off with exercises utilizing all body systems - cardio, strength, power and endurance. Body weight exercises, interval training and minimal equipment. 

Yoga Flow – Vinyasa style focusing on breath synchronization with movement while building strength, balance, and flexibility. 

Zumba – The latest Latin and international dance fitness craze. Featuring interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms, you will tone and sculpt your body. 

Any class with an (*) in front of the title is not available for Junior Members.
