Group Exercise Classes

Gain endurance, strength and flexibility in a variety of group exercise classes at Healthpark. You’ll benefit from American Council on Exercise certified instructors who are specially trained to help people of all fitness levels meet their goals.

The Healthpark offers over 100 group exercise classes per week - we have something to fit everyone.

Things To Know

  • All classes are 50-60 minutes in length unless otherwise noted.
  • Each class is led by an NCCA certified group fitness instructor - so you are in good hands.
  • Classes are suitable for all levels and can be modified to less or more intensity depending on the individual.
  • Any equipment that you may need is on site and ready for use.
  • Your Healthpark membership includes all classes for FREE!

During exercise, you want to elevate your heart rate to strengthen your heart while avoiding rates that endanger it.

Use our Target Heart Rate Calculator to find the safe heart rate for people your age during exercise. If you're beginning an exercise program, aim for the low end of this range. If you’ve been exercising for a while, you can aim for a higher target rate.
