Daniel Best, APRN

Daniel Best has cared for patients at Owensboro Health since 2016 as a registered nurse in the Emergency and Endoscopy Departments. He is now seeing patients as a family nurse practitioner at Owensboro Health Occupational Medicine, where he cares for patients with work injuries and provides DOT certification and pre-employment physical exams. 

“It is a wonderful opportunity to help those injured at work to recover as effectively as possible,” says Daniel. “It gives me great joy when a patient tells me they are back at 100%. I love helping my local community get back to work.” 

Daniel was born in Owensboro and says he has always loved this town and wanted to raise a family here. He and his wife love to scuba dive and are active in their church with their two children.
