Veronica McCauley, RDN, LD, MS

Veronica McCauley, MS, RDN, LD is an outpatient and wellness dietitian with Owensboro Health Community Education and Wellness. In 2010, Veronica graduated from Western Kentucky University with bachelor of science degree in Hospitality Management and Dietetics. She completed her dietetic internship through Murray State University in 2012. She then went on to earn her master of science degree in Human Nutrition from Murray State University in 2021. 

Veronica’s past experiences include working in the long-term care setting, as well as the acute care/hospital setting, providing care from neonates to geriatrics. Her diverse exposures in various settings helps set her up to provide credible and knowledgeable education and counseling to individuals of all life stages and conditions and support their drive to be the best version of themselves.
