Gaines scholarship applications now being accepted
The scholarship was created in memory of Dr. Scott Gaines, one of the founding physicians at Multicare Madisonville, who died from cancer in August 2013.
Requirements
Students wishing to apply for the scholarship must meet the following criteria:
- Application deadline: April 15
- Available to students attending Hopkins County School District schools
- Essay required as part of application
- Minimum ACT score of 18 and GPA of 2.5
- Requires proof of acceptance into a Kentucky college or university
