Vaccinations available for all Phase 1a healthcare workers

*See the latest vaccine age requirements and appointment availability

Owensboro Health’s COVID-19 vaccines are now available to Phase 1a healthcare workers in the region. This includes ALL Owensboro Health team members and other healthcare workers in our region. You do not have to be affiliated with Owensboro Health to receive a vaccination.

The vaccine clinic is open from 7 a.m. – 5 p.m., Monday - Friday at Owensboro Health Regional Hospital. No appointment is necessary. To receive the vaccine, you should enter at the Owensboro Health Medical Office Building entrance B at 1301 Pleasant Valley Road. Please bring a form of identification, health insurance information and proof of employment in a healthcare or emergency service setting (work ID badge will suffice). Your insurance will be billed for the vaccine administration cost (not the vaccine itself). No charges will be passed on to individuals. If there is no insurance, the vaccine will still be provided at no cost.

Please plan for the visit to last approximately 30-45 minutes. This provides enough time to be registered, checked in, vaccinated and observed for 15-30 minutes following the vaccine. A second dose—approximately 28 days later—will be scheduled during checkout. If you have any clarifying questions, please send an email to BC Childress or Jason Collins at Jason.Collins@OwensboroHealth.org or BC.Childress@OwensboroHealth.org.
