    Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital Earns Prestigious ‘A’ Leapfrog Safety Grade

    Owensboro Health Muhlenberg Community Hospital is proud to announce that we have received an "A" Hospital Safety Grade from The Leapfrog Group for fall 2024. This recognition highlights our dedication to patient safety and reflects our commitment to providing the highest quality care to the community. 

    The Leapfrog Group, a national nonprofit focused on healthcare safety, assigns grades to hospitals based on performance across over 30 safety measures, including errors, injuries and infections. OHMCH’s "A" grade demonstrates our leadership in fostering a culture of safety and excellence.
