Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center Launches Mini-Grant Program in Grayson County

Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center hospital facility

Owensboro Health Twin Lakes Medical Center has recently opened a mini-grant program for Grayson County organizations for fiscal year 2025 (June 1, 2024- May 31, 2025).

OHTLMC will distribute community health investments through mini-grants up to $2,500 to eligible organizations. Those eligible include nonprofit, government and public entities. These entities must meet all criteria as outlined in the guidelines below. These investments will help with small health projects throughout Grayson County.

Owensboro Health exists to heal the sick and improve the health of the communities we serve. Partnering with our communities through health investments allows us to take our mission outside the walls of the hospital to make a more significant impact on Grayson County.

Organizations working to address identified priority health issues and social determinants of health that impact the health and health outcomes of our community will be prioritized. Entities requesting grant funding should review one or more local community health needs assessments and/or community health improvement plans to substantiate their request. In addition, eligible organizations applying must also ensure a 100% tobacco-free policy is in place.
