Weight Loss Surgery Online Seminar

Please Note: To begin the surgical weight loss program, you must watch the entire video and answer the questions below to complete the online seminar. All patients must be nicotine-free for at least three months before beginning the program.

Our Weight Loss Surgery Seminar is the first step in your weight loss journey. The seminar features Dr. Ravi Alapati and has been designed to provide all relevant information so that you will understand the types of weight loss surgery offered at Owensboro Health and our program. Viewing the online seminar video is required for you to become a patient of Owensboro Health Weight Management.

To complete the online seminar process, please watch the video on this page and then complete and submit the form below. A member of the Owensboro Health Weight Management team will contact you to provide more information and instructions.

After surgery, most patients experience rapid weight loss, but only in the first six months.
