Biography
Dr. Abdalnasser Zayed focuses his treatment efforts on anterior total hip replacements, total joint replacements, fracture management, and arthroscopic surgery. These conditions all greatly affect patients’ ability to function normally, and Dr. Zayed’s goal is to improve their quality of life.
Dr. Zayed earned his medical degree from McGill University in Montreal. He completed an Orthopedic Surgery Residency at the Northern Ontario School of Medicine and a Spine Fellowship at the University of Manitoba. He most recently completed an ACGME Adult Reconstruction Fellowship at Southern Illinois University before moving to Owensboro.
In his free time, Dr. Zayed enjoys cycling, skiing, running, hiking and traveling.
