Biography
Dr. Andrew Collins is a primary-care physician who specializes in caring for our aging population. He enjoys providing primary care for senior adults in multiple care settings. His mission is to improve the health, independence and quality of life of his aging patients.
Dr. Collins was born and raised in Hazard, Kentucky, and is an alumnus of the University of Kentucky. He earned his medical degree at Kentucky College of Osteopathic Medicine and completed his residency in family medicine and his fellowship in geriatric medicine with Deaconess Hospital in Evansville, Indiana.
