Biography
Neurologist, Dr. Caroline Germany, has particular medical interest in the diagnosis and treatment of neuromuscular diseases, including myasthenia gravis, neuropathy, myopathy and motor neuron disease.
“I have always been interested in science, and I enjoy problem solving,” says Dr. Germany. “This, along with a desire to help people through difficult times in their lives, led me to pursue medicine.”
Knowing that understanding is a major part of taking charge of one’s health, Dr. Germany is diligent to explain complex disease processes to her patients. She enjoys reaching a diagnosis and seeing her patient start treatments to improve quality of life.
Dr. Germany earned her medical degree at Louisiana State University Health Science Center – Shreveport and then completed both a neurology residency and neuromuscular fellowship at Vanderbilt University Medical Center in Nashville.
