Kelsey Pedley, APRN

Kelsey Pedley, a well-known family medicine nurse practitioner in her hometown of Owensboro, is caring for patients at Owensboro Health Primary Care in Owensboro, Kentucky. 

Kelsey provides primary care for patients of all ages, diagnosing and managing chronic conditions such as hypertension, type 2 diabetes, mental health conditions and obesity. She also conducts yearly wellness exams and school physicals. She likes to address patients’ needs quickly to help them avoid visiting urgent cares and emergency rooms. 

Kelsey believes healthcare should be patient-centered, and she takes pride in building relationships with her patients. "Because of those relationships, I think patients trust me in discussing sensitive topics,” she says. 

“I decided to come to Owensboro Health as a step toward providing better patient-care,” says Kelsey. “I want to be able to utilize all that Owensboro Health has to offer patients to ensure that care is extraordinary.”

Kelsey earned her nursing degree at the University of Louisville and her masters of science in nursing at Western Kentucky University in Bowling Green.
