Biography
My goal is to deliver high-quality, evidence-based cardiovascular care while creating a trusting, collaborative relationship with every patient. I am dedicated to improving my patients’ quality of life through prevention, timely diagnosis, and advanced interventional treatment.
I feel strongly about preventing coronary artery disease through proactive screening, with the goal of reducing heart attacks and cardiac deaths in the community.
During my career, I have been a pioneer in cardiovascular innovation and was proud to perform the second-ever Impella implant in the state of Kentucky in 2011. With over 15 years of experience, I have performed more than 10,000 complex cardiac procedures.
I specialize in complex high-risk coronary interventions (CHIP), structural heart procedures, and peripheral endovascular interventions—including renal artery interventions. I also routinely perform device-based therapies such as pacemaker and defibrillator implantation, as well as CardioMEMS monitoring for heart failure management.
