The Healthpark is proud to host the following support groups to promote healing, hope, and health in our community.

Alzheimer's Association

Education and information for individuals, families, and caregivers affected by Alzheimer’s/dementia.

Meets once a month at the Healthpark, dates & topics vary. Registration required; please call 1-800-272-3900 or go to communityresourcefinder.org to register.

Bereavement Support Group

Meets every Monday.

2:00 p.m. - 3:30 p.m.

Location: Healthpark West Concourse Conference Room.

Offers support to persons who have suffered the death of a loved one.

Diabetes Support Group

Location: Healthpark - Classroom B

Come to learn more about managing your diabetes and to meet others dealing with diabetes.

Support group and vision advocacy on the second Saturday of every month from 2 p.m. – 4 p.m.

Huntington Disease Support Group

Meets on Sunday's, bi-monthly.

Location: Healthpark Classroom A

Provides information and support to patients and families regarding Huntington's Disease.

Parkinson’s Disease Support Group

Meets the first Tuesday of the month.

6:00 p.m. – 7:30 p.m.

Location: Healthpark Classrooms A & B

Offers information, support, and activities for persons affected by Parkinson's Disease and their families

(Pulmonary) Better Breathers Club

Offers patient-centered and community based educational opportunities and support to persons with chronic lung disease. Third Wednesday of each month from Noon – 1 p.m. in the Healthpark West Concourse.

Multiple Sclerosis Support Group

Meets the 2nd Monday of the month.

6:00 p.m. - 8:00 p.m.

Location: Healthpark West Concourse Conference Room

Offers information, support, and activities for persons affected by Multiple Sclerosis and their families

Stroke Support Group

Meets the first Monday of every month.
