What Happens In Nutrition Counseling

You may benefit from nutrition counseling if you:

  • Are overweight or underweight
  • Experience an eating disorder
  • Have high blood pressure or high cholesterol
  • Train for a marathon or another athletic event
  • Suffer from food allergies or intolerance

Whenever possible, ask your doctor for a referral before seeking nutrition counseling. You’ll get the best dietary recommendations when we know about your medical conditions and history.

To schedule your appointment call 270-685-7100.
