What Happens In Nutrition Counseling
You may benefit from nutrition counseling if you:
- Are overweight or underweight
- Experience an eating disorder
- Have high blood pressure or high cholesterol
- Train for a marathon or another athletic event
- Suffer from food allergies or intolerance
Whenever possible, ask your doctor for a referral before seeking nutrition counseling. You’ll get the best dietary recommendations when we know about your medical conditions and history.
